Engadine/St. Moritz Guest Information Strategy 2020


With the aim of increasingly orienting its guest information to the needs of its guests and exploiting the potential of digitalization, DMO Engadine St. Moritz commissioned gutundgut to support the destination in the development of its future strategy.

Following a detailed analysis phase of the existing guest information centers and taking into accounts the needs of guests and service providers, a modular concept was developed which enables individualized implementation in the individual communities of the destination: flagship stores, mobile tourist offices, virtual information desks and digital kiosks can be set up site specifically depending on the guest structure as well as offers and can be managed in a network. In a further step, gutundgut will support the destination in developing individual measures.
