The Trafo Baden is an event location for congresses, expos as well as corporate and cultural events in Baden. On behalf of TRAFO Betriebs AG gutundgut supported the board of directors in developing the strategy 2020. The focus was on the positioning of the hall offers whilst taking into account the location and competitors. In addition, scenarios for the future range of services and organizational structure were developed.
