The aim of the reconstruction and extension is to shed new light on the Reka Holiday Village in Zinal as well as determine a new theme area. Offers and the buildings should complement each other and merge.
gutundgut held a workshop with the operators, local service providers as well as guest representatives where they developed and evaluated several possible themes. The final choice was «Alp Summer». Subsequently, implementation potentials of apartments, the community center as well as the animation program were developed.
