What:
Examination of an intense form of structural and operational cooperation
Where:
Tiefencastel, Switzerland
When:
April - November 2019

The two tourism organizations Tourism Savognin Bivio Albula AG and the Bergün Filisur Tourism Association are located within the perimeter of the largest Swiss nature park, Parc Ela. The Parc Ela association also implements projects and products with a touristic focus. So far, there has been an effective collaboration between the three of them. However, there was a need for action at a structural and operational level in order to optimize cooperation and eliminate inefficiencies altogether.

Along with the operational actors, gutundgut analyzed the initial situation, examined the operational processes, developed a common vision and positioning and demonstrated potentials. A specific organizational model was recommended to the strategic committees and other relevant actors in the region.

The ongoing assurance that a model with majority appeal was being developed, which would be supported equally by the various actors with different interests, was a central focus during this project.
