A series of analyses, workshops and working meetings were held in close cooperation with the Board of Directors and the CEO of Kronberg AG to create the basis for the sustainable further development of the mountain railroad with gastronomy and adventure world. gutundgut was involved as part of the project team led by Mounteco, which also included seecon gmbh.
The result of the project is a comprehensive study that defines a clear vision for the development of the Kronberg over the next 15 years. A detailed implementation plan takes into account all relevant areas - from infrastructure, experience offers and gastronomy to the optimal use of existing potential and resources.
The first steps towards implementing this vision have already been initiated by Kronberg AG.
